How do I care for my Märta Larsson piece?
Despite the saying “Hard as a rock” Rocks have feelings too and aren’t indestructible – so care should always be taken with your one of a kind pieces. We advise the following simply to make sure your piece helps you look fabulous for many years to come.
No knocking. Not only will you damage the rocks feelings, but also probably permanently damage your piece. Crystal Pyrite and Chrysocolla need extra caution!
Chemicals. Chemicals are bad – especially when drinking them, pouring them on your skin, or if they come into contact with your Märta Larsson piece.
Please avoid at all time -as some chemicals may not just discolour the stones or metal,
but if its acid could melt you.

Everyone needs a little TLC every now and again, and if your Märta Larsson piece needs a clean, then please use warm (not hot) water, possibly with mild plain soap. Please don’t use any chemical based formula – remember! Chemicals are bad.
Rocks can’t swim that well (no legs), so please remove when showering, at the beach, near chlorinated water.
Extreme temperatures, humidity, sunlight, excessive perfumes and creams? Keep away! Our pieces are like cool goths – they like to stay looking cool, in the cool.
How can I protect my jewellery?
If you can’t afford a personal security guard to follow you around 24-7, may we recommend the next best thing? Placing your pieces in a pouch, or within a soft lined box to stop them being scratched or tangled. Try and keep the pieces apart, so that they don’t rub together or tangle up.

We ship direct from our hometown in Sweden using PostNord & DHL
How long will it take to deliver my order?
We usually ship within 1-2 working days, so your order should arrive with you in no time. We usually expect orders to be delivered within 4-5 working days if shipped via our standard delivery.
Please note that some stone pieces are hand crafted upon receipt of order, so they could take longer to dispatch.
Do I have to sign for the delivery?
Yes – if it is sent by Express.
Do you offer tracking?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number will be provided as well as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
Can I make any changes to my order once it’s placed?
Except for any products that are special bespoke orders, you will be entitled to cancel your order by written notice within 12 hours of payment.
After this time, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Do I have to pay for any duties & taxes?
Yes, any local import duties and taxes will need to be covered for by you.
How long do I have to return my order?
If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days working days of your delivery arriving. All returns must be received by Märta Larsson AB within 14 days from the date of original delivery normally. Our return policy from 27th of November 2020 is extended and you will have until the 11 of January 2021 to return your order.
How do I send back my return?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will e-mail you a return confirmation note.
All returns will be shipped back at your own expense, which should be via a tracked and insured postal service. Märta Larsson AB will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
All returns should be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. The Märta Larsson tag intact and within the original packaging provided.
Any returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted for a refund and will be sent back to you.
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns will be processed after full inspection of the item(s), returns will take approximately 5 business days to process upon receipt of the items.
Our high quality jewellery should exceed your expectations. However in the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, the products delivered to you are incomplete or you have received incorrect products we shall have no liability to you unless you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and the goods are returned to us within 7 days of delivery,
Orders should be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy.
If you notify a problem to us after the 7 day refund period, we may refer you to a local jeweller associated with Märta Larsson AB to rectify the fault or we may offer you an alternative production within 30 days of delivery should we deem it to be a manufacturing fault.
