The webshop is still open and we are safely despatching Märta Larsson items worldwide.

We are committed to keeping our webshop open because we can guarantee that anything you buy will be sent out with the highest health and safety standards needed in these surreal times. Shop with confidence knowing that not only will you look amazing in your new Märta Larsson purchases, but also that you will be safe. Your health is our priority, and we would never jeopardise it.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship direct from our hometown Stockholm in Sweden using PostNord & DHL depending on the option that you select at the checkout. All local import duties and taxes will need to be covered for by you.

We usually ship within 1-2 working days, so your order should arrive with you in no time. We would expect orders to be delivered within 4-5 working days if shipped via our standard delivery.

Please note that some stone pieces are hand crafted upon receipt of order, so they could take longer to dispatch. Email us on sales@martalarsson.com if you have an urgent order so that we can try and assist you with this.

All orders are dispatched on a signed for service and you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

You are entitled to cancel your order by written notice within 12 hours of payment, unless any products are special bespoke orders. After this time, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order within the first 12 hours of payment, please contact our customer service team sales@martalarsson.com. Please provide your order number and delivery postcode in order for us to assist you quickly.

RETURNS

How long do I have to return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days working days of your delivery arriving. All returns must be received by Märta Larsson AB within 14 days from the date of original delivery.

How do I send back my return?

Please contact us at sales@martalarsson.com and we will e-mail you a return confirmation note.

All returns will be shipped back at your own expense, which should be via a tracked and insured postal service. Märta Larsson AB will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

All returns should be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. The Märta Larsson tag intact and within the original packaging provided.

Any returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted for a refund and will be sent back to you.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns will be processed after full inspection of the item(s), returns will take approximately 5 business days to process upon receipt of the items.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Our high quality jewellery should exceed your expectations. However in the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, the products delivered to you are incomplete or you have received incorrect products we shall have no liability to you unless you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and the goods are returned to us within 7 days of delivery,

Orders should be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy.

If you notify a problem to us after the 7 day refund period, we may refer you to a local jeweller associated with Märta Larsson AB to rectify the fault or we may offer you an alternative production within 30 days of delivery should we deem it to be a manufacturing fault.
